Lifelong Wellness- Zumba HLAC--1035--012
For my Lifelong Wellness Course, I chose to take the Zumba class taught by Karen Pedersen. "Zumba is an interval class that combines Latin/International rhythms with dance and aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout." I enjoyed taking this Zumba class, and learned basic steps of Zumba, and had fun working with classmates to choreograph routines.
